f you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 30 days from your order date (15 days on Holiday items). Products must be in the condition you received them. To keep our pricing affordable, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. 

 

*We do not offer an exchange policy, the order will be refunded to your account and will need to be repurchased through our website.

If you would like to exchange an item (swap sizes, etc) the best course of action is to go ahead & purchase the item you want, send back the item you don't want & we will issue a prompt refund upon receipt of the returned item and you don't have to wait for the new item to be sent. (& make sure we still have the size you want).

Items returned after 30 days (15 days Holiday items) or without an RMA will not be accepted.
