If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 30 days from your order date (15 days on Holiday items). Products must be in the condition you received them.

To keep our pricing affordable, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return product. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We do not offer an exchange policy, order will be refunded to your account and will need to be repurchased through our website.

*Holiday items, items returned damaged, not in original condition or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund and/or may be subject to a restocking fee or only eligible for store credit.

*Washed or Used items will not qualify for a refund. Perfume, Fabric Softener, Smoke and Animal Hair will also not qualify for a refund.
